Aaron I. Katsman, Esq. is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Aaron I Katsman, PC.  He is an experienced and highly regarded attorney in New York and known for his excellent client representation. For over 20 years, Aaron Katsman has represented national and regional lenders as well as residential and commercial real estate clients throughout New York State.

Aaron Katsman obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the New York Bar in January 1998.

In 1998, Aaron Katsman began his practice on Long Island, NY representing lenders on their New York mortgage purchase and refinance transactions, specializing in the Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreements (CEMA). Aaron Katsman is often invited to participate and present at conferences nationwide to educate lenders on New York lending regulations and procedures.

In 2008, Aaron Katsman became the preferred settlement agent for National Association for Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), a non-profit, community advocacy organization for affordable homeownership.

In 2013, Aaron Katsman expanded The Law Offices of Aaron I. Katsman PC to include transactional real property and estate planning services. To date, together with his team of attorneys and paralegals, Aaron has represented tens of thousands of buyers and sellers of homes, co-ops, and condos, as well as individuals in their estate planning needs.

Aaron Katsman is the founding partner of National Academy of Continuing Legal Education (NACLE) which provides continuing education courses for attorneys in all fifty U.S. states.
